LoneStar Leeds can manufacture and supply a variety of styles of Kammprofile gaskets.
Our standard supply is with SS316 core and graphite facings but other materials and facing combinations can be supplied as specified. Available in ‘sealing element’ only form (typically for HE use) or with either loose or integral centering rings.
Core Materials:
- Standard SS316 Core: Stainless steel 316 provides excellent corrosion resistance and durability, ideal for a wide range of industrial applications.
- Custom Core Materials: Other core materials (e.g., carbon steel, other stainless steels) available based on specific customer requirements.
Facing Materials:
- Graphite Facings (Standard): Delivers outstanding thermal conductivity, chemical resistance, and sealing performance at high temperatures.
- Custom Facing Combinations: Options include PTFE, mica, or other materials based on the sealing environment and operational needs.
Flexible Design Options:
