Project: UNIT 1 AND UNIT 2 COOLING TOWER STAIRCASES INSTALLATION

SCOPE OF WORK COMPLETED: 

• Installed cooling tower staircases for Units 1 and 2 at Tiwi Geothermal Power Plant, Barangay Naga, Tiwi, Albay, commissioned by Aboitiz Power and Renewables Inc.
• Project completed in 20 days.
• Mobilized and set up necessary facilities and safety measures.
• Dismantled existing monkey ladders.
• Installed new fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) monkey ladders for Unit 1.
• Completed foundation work: excavation, formwork, and concrete pouring for FRP staircases and bridge interconnections.
• Installed tie backs and erected final staircase for Unit 2.
• Dismantled old structures and hauled debris.
• Conducted site walkthrough with the end user, testing, and commissioning.
• Completed final tasks, including painting and de-mobilization.
