PROJECT: UNIT 2 COOLING TOWER REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE

SCOPE OF WORK COMPLETED:

  • Inspected, maintained, and repaired critical components of the cooling tower structure at Tiwi Geothermal Power Plant.
  • Secured structural connectors.
  • Replaced FRP fan decks.
  • Cleaned drift eliminators.
  • Addressed rust on NCG pipe supports.
  • Repaired the hot water basin, including sealing and replacing damaged parts.
  • Removed sludge and cleaned the cold water basin and sump pit.
  • Replaced damaged splash bars, hangers, and louvers.
  • Cleaned debris and performed waste disposal.
  • Conducted a final walk-through, testing, and de-mobilization before turn-over.
